How do I know if an item is in stock or if it is pre-order?Unless an item is sold out or awaiting restock, all our products are available and in stock. If an item is sold out, we will update the description box to indicate that it is for pre-order only and will be dispatched as soon as we receive more stock. For pre-order items, we advise a timeframe of 10-18 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Does your jewellery change colour?While we advise taking care of our jewellery, many of our products have been worn continuously for months without any color change or tarnishing, although they may scratch like any other jewellery.

What if an item I want, is sold out?If an item you want is marked as sold out, please contact us. Even if we are not restocking the item, we may be able to order it for you from our supplier.

Where is my order?If your order has taken longer than one week to arrive after receiving your dispatch email, please contact us. We will investigate the delay for you.

What happens if my item is faulty?All our stock is checked by quality control before shipping, so issues are rare. However, we cannot be responsible for delivery couriers. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we are happy to offer an exchange and a discount for future use. Please contact us at support@luxechimera.co.uk for assistance. Note: Faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear. Please read our product care advice.

Product care advice:While most of our items withstand constant wear, we advise not to wear plated jewellery in the shower, while bathing, working out, or sleeping, as this can strip off the gold or silver plating. To help your items last as long as possible, we recommend: • Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, household products, and perfumes/lotions, which can cause discoloration. • Store your jewellery in the provided pouches between uses to avoid contact with anything that could damage them. Most of our items are costume jewellery, not solid gold or silver, as reflected in our pricing. With proper care, your items will retain their color and quality. Some pieces are fragile and need extra care. We cannot replace or refund items damaged by the customer or due to general wear. It is the customer’s responsibility to care for their items and follow our advice.
