Shipping Policy

We use reliable and secure shipping methods to guarantee the safety of your items during transit. Additionally, we aim to provide transparent information about shipping costs to maintain your trust and loyalty.
Order Dispatch Times:
Heads up! Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday won’t be dispatched until the following Monday.
UK Delivery Times:
• Standard delivery (2-3 working days): £3.99 (FREE on orders above £49.99)
• Express delivery (1-2 working days): £4.99
Note: Dispatch times may be delayed during busy or sale periods.
Pre-order Shipping:
For orders including pre-order items, shipping will occur once all items are in stock. Please allow 15-25 working days for pre-order items unless stated otherwise. Your items will be sent via express delivery as soon as they reach our office.
Delays:
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs issues, unsuccessful delivery attempts, strikes, civil commotion, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats, adverse weather, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, or telecommunications failures.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Luxe Chimera, we understand that sometimes preferences may change, and we want you to feel confident with your choices. Our return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free exchange process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to making your experience with Luxe Chimera a delightful one.
Due to hygiene reasons most jewellery products are unable to be exchanged and therefore are final sale, we would advise to make sure you are completely satisfied with the product being ordered.
*Please note return postage costs will need to be covered.*
We do not offer exchanges on item's which are pre-order only.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds only exchange, subject to approval.
We are happy to offer exchanges on approved items where possible, as long as the item is as new and has no scratches or scuffs etc. So please take extra care when trying on any items.
**Any exchanges must be agreed and returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item**
If a return is agreed and you do not return the item back to us within 7 days, we reserve the right to no longer issue a refund or exchange and will presume that you no longer wish to return the item
Please email support@luxechimera.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return and you will be sent our return address.
We cannot be responsible for delivery couriers, therefore we are more than happy to offer an exchange item and discount for future use in the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please get in touch via support@luxechimera.co.uk for any issues or help needed and a member of our team will resolve this for you.
Note: Faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear and advise to read our care advice.
